But to loose weight you need just exercise, checkmate what you eat, stress, water and have something to worry about, that is easier. But to gain weight money, rest of mind which are not easy to get

what 95kg? Omor! The last time I checked I was 50kg. Now I think I should be 48kg because people have been talking about my weight lost. I just need flesh for body.
You need to keep exercising , burn more energy.

Just work on your finances and once you get to that stage where you can afford to eat anything you like, you will grow fat and big even without eating.

As a salary earner I was skinny because I was always calculating my expenses and rationing it so I don't go broke before month end. My waist size was 31 - 32 then.

I left that job and moved to where I get daily money, more comfortable and a better pay. Even with increased stress I am still adding wait. I can eat what I want and when I want. I was surprised when I checked my waist size and it's 36 now

Eat very well, drink 2 bottle of chilled beer everynight plus meat(most especially cow tail peppersoup). Guy u go grab, your muscles will comes out.girls go love u bcus u go handsom like model. Peope will think u are using drug to gain weight and if u dnt hv money be eating indomie noodles or mimi chicken noodles raw, add the magic and pepper.
