Okay make we keep subsidy....till we all pay for fuel at IMF price, not even at market price. Lord knows I no like Tinubu, Obi, Atiku, GEJ, Buhari and all of them, but fuel subsidy has gotten to a point where we are taking our hard earned money and giving a few rich people for nothing. |

nairalanda1: Removing the subsidy shouldn't be our worry but what we need to worry about is what they are going to use the money for. 1 Like 1 Share |

Tinubucocainesn: Yeah, we must and should all laugh at tinubu, and yeah I am pissed he won, but whoever is in charge, subsidy is an economic crime...that is ruining our economy. Anyone wanting to buy fuel at N150 or even N40 is living in dreamland, or is on some potent escobar supplied drug. |

phorget: Indeed, that is where the hard work of democracy starts. Don't trust them, pressure them. |

Tinubucocainesn: Yeah, see my comment above in reply to the guy you quoted. Not everyone that disagrees with you is a tinubu e-rat. At the end, subsidy must go. If you want it to remain...better join the tinubu geng in their drug dreams. |

nairalanda1: In a country just surviving a drastic failure for 8 years . Bola the cocaine sniffer should have waited. They are other pressing matters like first open the border to normalize Price before the subsidy removal Now how do you feel the prices in the market will be ? You have not yet shouted Yoruba ronu o Because once you shout it, you will understand Wella Wella. Ordinary pure water will enter 50naira per one soonest. Yoruba ronu 2 Likes |

Tinubucocainesn: Be like you support Buhari secretly...he loved subsidy. As for me, I don't like Tinubu, I want him out of office, I don't like APC, and I wish they lost well well. But subsidy has to go. (Am not Yourba by the way ). |

mightyhaze: LOL...back in 2011, my eyes were opened to how bad subsidy was for our economy. Tell this to the Tinubuites. |
Re: Where To Get Fuel For 150 Naira by nairalanda1(m): 10:20am On May 31, 2023 |
yaki84: Yes we appear to....but eventually we pay in the form of rising deficits, which have to be covered by borrowing. We also lost domestic refining. We went from two working refineries in 1973, to four bad ones by 2021. Subsidy was us pretending that fuel was as cheap as a bottle of Brahma Guarana(the natural one)......while paying the remainder of the price at the IMF HQ. |
