. At affordable price? Mhat iis Dangote effect on cement to the Nigerians? Remember that Dangote is a business man, and is priority is profit. President Tinubu will fix the refinery and you will be putto shame. You're enemy of the nigerians. It's better to throw you inside the ocean.

If Dangote starts work in August, subsidy is gone(deregulation basically) and FX issues are sorted, cabal has drastically being cabalized. There's basically little incentive for "cabality" and corruption.

Moreover it's more of a game to distract the people from resisting the subsidy removal. A serious government will start by upgrading the refinery before moving to remove the subsidy after all that was the reason they all including BAT resisted GEJ then. He had the option to make the country consumes her locally refined product or fix power before addressing subsidy. Where will the money come from, of course from the wastage, loot and borrowing as usual.
