Yakubu should never hold another election in Nigeria as INEC chairman.
The level of trust in this man is practically nil.
Yakubu just have to leave the post of INEC chairman for credibility to be built into Nigeria 's electoral process.

Is it not the same EC8A that one 'Amaka' would sign for all polling unit agents of other parties for fraud cases? How can that be reliable? The electronically transmitted ones remains more reliable. LP can't teach INEC on how to do her work. Same procedures were followed where LP won and other previous elections. by the time Court judge the issue finally they would curse court judges and call Nigeria zoo... How can LP accept results in Igboland but now dispute d one in Lagos Oyo ekiti Dem isn't same INEC that conducted the elections...

This matter is a very very simple matter.

The only people on here doing mental gymnastics are the CORNfused bunch.

If Tinubu won as INEC declared, they should have absolutely nothing to fear. They should stand by the results that they used in declaring him winner.

It is a simple case of primary school mathematics, PUs results tie to State and State to Federal.

Why is INEC behaving like they contested the just concluded elections? The whole idea is for them to simply waste time, deny LP and Obi's counsel the evidence they need to prove their case. This is a big shame honestly. But this is Nigeria, absolutely nothing surprises me about this cursed, godforsaken country.

So now our own Democracy every 4 years will require the courts to determine who really won? We clearly lack the capacity to govern and rule ourselves, in the eyes of the colonialists, were they not right after all? We love taking shortcuts in everything. Imagine 60+ years removed from direct colonial rule and this is the best we get? We are who we are, a people so backward and driven by selfishness that we would rather everything burn so that our interests may be fulfilled. It doesn't matter if you relocate the entire Nigerian populace to say USA or Western Europe and relocate those same people down here, in 10 years we will have replicated another Nigeria in those places and they will have replicated their countries in Nigeria.

It is a people that make anywhere on God's green earth what it is and we are a special breed of people from all accounts.

Get something clear ...inec has right to object ...but is the duty of the tribunal to see if there is merit in there objection ...inec is not the judge in this case ...they should stop acting like they are.

LP & PO are just being dramatic.. they have just 3 weeks to proof how the Election was rigged in so much a way that would affected the outcome of the Election...Out of the 3 weeks,how many have used in presenting results so far? I know about this Drama because I see my LG(IBARAPA EAST) in Oyo state,I know Labour Party or PO is known there,so how could there have been any marginal dispute there to contend by LP.

It's legally right, but not ethical to dismiss it.
It will be admitted as exhibit, but the court will give time for opposition to study the evidence.
Obi will have to explain to court, if the figures can significantly overturn the total outcome.
Can 7 LGAs do that?

Which Local Government is INEC talking about? Is it the one from the Benin Republic? Obi is wrong to smuggle in documents from the Local Government in the Benin Republic. But if the papers are from the Local governments in the states in Nigeria, Inec and APC are sick
