Mutual Fund: How To Calculate Interest by Pinkybush: 1:33pm On Jun 04, 2023
Hi Nairaland investor gurus, I've been searching for a good online business to invest in, but couldn't find any. I've now decided to invest in mutual fund with the little money I have. Please, if everything goes normal and a fund manager pays 10% annual returns, and is being paid quarterly, how much interest would be at N50,000 investment?

If you are are being paid quarterly, you'd be making 1,250 per quarter
(50,000 x10%/4)=1,250

There are four (4) quarters in a year so at the end of the year you would have 1,250 x 4=5,000
