Make BAT dey do state Government work? Make we just remove Governor put BAT or person wey him appoint as the Administrator to manage the states. That is how it can work. Otherwise, make everybody put pressure on their state Governments to perform. At least Lagos don lead the way and set example so no state should have any excuse

Not that naa, FG has parastatals that can run it, example from way back is T.C.T.C, was one of it kinds, also FG can collaborate with State Government to implement this.. so many project or Fg Bodies to bring such into reality.
