Malaysian-based Nigerian actor, Producer and Director Abbey Abimbola popularly known as Crackydon has released his latest production “Badcop,” available on demand across Amazon Prime video and other movie streaming platforms. The film which is expected to also hit theaters nationwide later in the year, promises to deliver an exhilarating cinematic experience to moviegoers.

“Badcop” follows the story of a corrupt police officer whose life takes a dramatic turn after taking on a rape case. The film explores the complexities of justice, morality, and redemption through a thrilling and emotional narrative.

Abbey Abimbola, known for his exceptional filmmaking abilities, takes on the double role of actor and producer in “Badcop.” He leads an all-star cast featuring talented actors from nollywood and Malaysian movie industry such as Ali Nuhu, Rykardo Agbor, Ike Onyeama and Etinosa Idemudia , guaranteeing a remarkable performance that will captivate audiences from start to finish.

“Badcop” is a production with a powerful message and exceptional storytelling that will leave audiences at the edge of their seats. Speaking on the official release, Abbey Abimbola expressed excitement about the nationwide release of the movie and the praise it has already received.

“I am thrilled to present ‘Badcop’ to movie lovers to check on Amazon Prime video and cinema audiences nationwide,” says Abbey Abimbola. “This movie is a testament to our commitment to making great films that tell important stories, and we believe that the audience will love it just as much as we do.”

Having gotten a good reception from fans in Nigeria and big numbers at the cinemas, Abbey Abimbola will be hoping that “Badcop” becomes one of the biggest releases of the year.
From his previous blockbuster movies including Blackout, the stunt actor cum producer is clearly creating a pathway for collaboration and bridging the gap between Nollywood and international movies.

I hope the new government will do something about Nigerian bright talents leaving the country to explore in other countries.

If we can't appreciate our industry enough to stay back, grow and develop it how do we hope the country can match those we admire?

Here is another actor making impact in Malaysia which i feel will be better down here in Nigeria to make nollywood an international attraction. He has got the bravery, the charisma of some of the top Hollywood actors and i want to see him more in Nigeria. Anyone who knows him should tell him to come back home.

This guy again. Seems he's the only actor from Nigeria that's featuring in Malaysian movie. He must be that good.
