My advice for those using water way for transportation, please get your Live jacket to be sure you do maintenance (if any) for it when due or follow the specifications and recommendations for replacement. There were never risk mgt or Saftey measures compliance otherwise, even before the arrival of the Naval rescue team, some could have been floating with their jackets above the water level for easy rescue. But look at the scene. The person that took the video, next time don't minimise space, get us good capture of complete scene like this otherwise, get a good phone.
