It was obvious that HITV lost the plot a long time ago.
There were no good programmes ,except the EPL which was the cash cow.Once they lost that to DSTV the game was over.
I think we are looking at a station in its death throes.

I thought their price have fallen decoder and dish to 6k plus 1 month free with installation

I pity HiTV as i wish they rest in peace as their death has come. DSTV ALL THE WAY.

the promo has ended. dstv selling price is now 27k.

If they got their business plan and marketing strategies wrong, and no bank to back dem up, that does not make hitv a failed investment. am sure toyin had some real cool ideas when he started it. i think some wealthy nigerians should buy into hitv and lets support our own abeg.

small time now we go dey shout say airtel sack 3000, dstv freakin rips us off . dey make so much, why is subscription very high? govt should apply good laws to encourage and protect naija cable tv companies. am sure startimes, hitv, and others will go under trying to compete with dstv if nothing is done.
