Fatai Abdullahi Oluwadayo was born on July 22, 2002, in Osun, a state in southwestern Nigeria. The state is bounded to the east by Ekiti and Ondo states, to the north by Kwara State, to the south by Ogun State, and to the west by Oyo State. He began playing football at a young age and joined the local team in the state. He quickly showed promise as a player, and scouts from various clubs noticed his talent.

Club Career

After his successful run in the Nigerian National League, Abdullahi joined Abia Warriors FC prior to the 2020/2021 NPFL season where he showcased his exceptional goal-scoring ability from the midfield position.

After a successful season with Abia Warriors, Abdullahi caught the attention of Enyimba International FC, a neighboring team of Abia Warriors, due to his impressive performances, and they swiftly recruited him ahead of the 2021/2022 Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) season.

He swiftly established himself as a pivotal player for the team, playing a significant role in their triumph in the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) by securing victory in the Super-Six playoffs with a 1-1 draw against the defending champions, Rivers United FC. Abdullahi's exceptional displays for Enyimba earned him widespread acclaim.
