Glo 3g is inexistent and the available edge service is so bad that u almost can't download anything above 4mb.

Hmmmm. Well, I spoke from personal experience. Its what I use, at least judging from my location and its environment.

@poster,where do stay cos I subscribed and so did my friend and I can tell you the service is worse than anythimg have ever seen.had to give out the sim and go back to my mtn.now have wasted 1400 for nothing.let them improve their service first.I prefer mtn bbs month to their 1400 full bis

If yur not an MTN staff you would not talk like this. How much sense does it make to pay N3000 for what you can enjoy for N1400? Besides its not news that Glo data services are better than MTN. I have used both networks and i have fould Glo to be much better than MTN.

What is the situation now? Cos I want subscribe tomorrow cos my MTN will expire tomorrow

Glo's new plan (comonth) is not the same as the BIS it actually depends on what you use it for. the main advantages of the BIS over the the comonth is that the with the comonth you can only configure 1 email compare with BIS's 10. also the bb protect doesnt always work with the comonth.mind you glo still offers BIS(2700).

Glo netwrk is terrible on d island as well as festac both in lagos,its equally terrible in port harcourt, I know ,I had to change to etisalat & its much much better

Have it in mind that the Glo Co packages all come with data restrictions. its 100mb for co day and abt 1 gig for coweek, not sure about the data for comonth though but I believe the package is fair and the best around though data speed fluctuates between 120kb to as slow as 15kbz, it all depends.

The data for comonth is 3gb and I think its fair enough a deal. I've been streaming videos but have barely used 10mb. They almost exhausted my credit now. Good experience in all.

Their monthly bis complete package is now 1gig and weekly package is 200mb...totally useless
