hello , recently my dell inspiron m5030 just recently stopped displaying. when i power it on it doesn't display it jus shows the power on light and no booting sound . i took it to cvillage i was told its a processor issue. apparently it came with an AMD core duo processor, and since its a nu generation laptop its rare to find such processors in the market.pls can some one assist me, anyhow,

it might be yhat you always hibernate your system. and thos could lead to loss of module on your computer screen.try and connect your computer to a projector if it dispays on the all that confirms my suggestion, it could be replaced.

yes, you re very correct i mostly hibernate my laptop instead of shutting it down, so invariably hibernating a laptop can cause it to crash? any way please can u suggest to me where i can get it replaced and for how much, thnx

i would have like to do it for you but you are not in ibadan, anyway go to a good engineer around you and get it fixed if this is the cause of your laptop problem it wont cost you more than 3500 naira to 5000 naira. a good engineer can do that for you bros

you might want to give infomart a try but do your diligence, you might lose your laptop if care is not taken, i warned you. go to a good engineer and see things yourself, shikena.
