Guys pls be careful, CBN stopped issuing bureau de change licenses 2 years ago. D only way to get a license is to buy it from someone who was lucky enough to get it at that time. Don't b defrauded wit fake notes or get robbed when Ɣ☺Ʊ bring your naira value at an 'agreed'location.to play it safe, do your transactions inside a bank and ask them to check d dollar for Ɣ☺Ʊ.you can always google my above info to find out its authenticity. My own two bits:May God protect us all.
