CHEF VACANCY IN AN AVIATION COMPANY

An Aviation Company located in Abuja is looking to hire a qualified chef to fill in the vacant position.

Candidates should possess

· Minimum of Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).

· Minimum of Four (4) years’ experience in a the hospitality industry

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures





Experience as a Chef such as:

· The fundamental function of this position is to cook and prepare in-flight and facility meals for passengers, cabin crew, guest.

· Adhere to all company policies and company issued manuals, ensure all safety procedures are followed and also ensure a safe kitchen and galley environment

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Ensure food and beverages are served at the correct temperatures and presented according to the service standards

· Maintain a sterile kitchen and its environment

· Maintain adequate documentation of food preparation and storage records

· Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that quality standards are met

· Check the quantity and quality of received products
