Hello Nairalanders,

l want to settle down latest next year, l live in Abuja, and the business l do is giving me a minimum of 6k daily.

Though on a good day l can make more than that, my major concern is that l feel it is too little considering the present inflation rate.

Please what is your advice, should l go ahead, or wait and expand my income, l dont want to marry as a man and start suffering abeg.

So many guys that earn lower than what you mentioned here are married, and with children but still surviving let alone you that earn N180k. Do you want to wait till when you start earning N500K?

Bros. don't be deceived, go and marry. forget all these social media deceit.
People earning 20k are married too. The issue is living a quality life after marriage.
Let’s not fool ourselves, anybody earning less than a 120-150k now will struggle to do so.
How do you give your kids quality education?
How much do you set aside for good and healthy feeding?
How much do you spend on running generator for at least 3hrs daily?
How much do you spend on health care for your wife and kids?
And the list goes on.

I think it is important to put ‘having a quality life’ into consideration before getting married.
People can still survive without those ☝️, but that will not guarantee a quality life for you and your family.
Even if you don’t pity yourself, at least pity your innocent children.
I consider those as the basics that any responsible man should be able to provide for himself and his family.

I doubt it is enough in this economy, but even if you and your partner decide to manage it for now, it won't be enough when you start bearing children. I would advise you to set up a business for your partner so that she can also support the family.

My simple question for you is that, if you think 6k daily is not enough for you to get married, what are your plans to raise your income to the amount you think you can marry with? You know, you can't delay your marriage forever!

With that nonsense amount kindly stay away from anything called relationship so that you won’t put someone’s daughter in abject poverty Biko! undecided

You’re not even qualified to have a girlfriend not to even talk of a wife. You broke men will just have little change and the next thing on your evil broke mind is marriage. undecided

And the worst thing is you broke men know how to born like rats, by the time the money isn’t enough to catheter for your wife and 7 children, frustration will set in and you will start beating your wife.

Mr man you’re broke!!
Leave marriage alone!!

You are doing well my brother, some are not earning up to that and they are happily married.
My advice to you, make sure the person you are marrying is a working class.
If you marry person wey no get work, you are on your own.

Nobody can tell you if a name is good or bad. We all have different motivations for buying domain names which may range from knowledge, past experiences and information at hand.
