What is this news all about? Is Nokia trying to build their network/service just like Blackberry Phone and its BIS? Its being all over the internet, Whats ur view?

I read the article, it has nothing to do with building a Blackberry-like service.

These ar just the latest news on it, The initial time i read on it, they specified something that trigggered me to be updated,
They built this network in conjuction with siemens to provide fast and cheap brandwith for Nokia smartphone,
I remember reading an article that says '' Call rate drop as nokia siemens take over africa ( or something of that nature ), In the article, they said due to high speed internet offered by this service, VoIP calls will mostly be used ( eg Skype call, Nimbuzz etc ),
