I have worked in Indian dominated companies and white dominated companies and I can tell you for free that most Indians just do is eye service. I have led Indians who are good as my team members and I have been led by Indians who are good. The truth is they cover a lot for each other while we only care about our own shines. Your anecdotal experience is immaterial. The pass rate for Naija-trained doctors in Naija is low. Not your Naija friends who may have moved to the US; did MPH related programs for 2yrs… took USMLE 1 and passed.
