1. Okazi Soup: Made with the leafy green vegetable okazi or uziza, rich in vitamins and minerals.

2. Ofe Onugbu (Bitter Leaf Soup): Made with bitter leaves, high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

3. Ogbono Soup: Made from ground ogbono seeds, rich in fats and oils, often served with pounded yam or fufu.

4. Oha Soup: Made with oha leaves, palm oil, crayfish, and meat, served with fufu or pounded yam.

5. Egusi Soup: Made from ground melon seeds (egusi seeds), rich in protein, fat, and minerals, often served with pounded yam or fufu.
