You know what I have observed?..

1. Most Igbo folks online and offline fail to realize the fact that no court outside the shores of Nigeria can rule on any matter concerning Nigeria. It's not allowed anywhere for courts from other countries to meddle in the affairs of other sovereign nations. That can lead lead to full blown war.
Reason I shook my head when Chimamanda wrote letter to Biden, shows she is worse than a stark illiterate.

2. The Igbos don't underatand politics.. not even the basics. Guess that's why people ask them to stick with petty trading and economy-killing importation they widely indulge in.

3. The Ijaws and Ikwerres have shown they are way smarter and better than the Igbos when it comes to politics. See how Wike played his cards nicely to be on the winning side while likes of Uzor Kalu have played themselves into opposition right inside the ruling party. Where Kalu could have supported a Southerner for Senate President position, he chose to side with North out of bitterness and politics of hate.

4. President Tinubu is here to stay, no jupiter can remove him.

I thank God I am a Yoruba man, my reasoning is clearly different from how the average Igbo person reasons. I wish them well notwithstanding.

This matter will get to Supreme Court where there will be real legal war that would draw the ire of the legal world, Tinubu will be advised by eminent elders of Nigeria to step aside. This will either lead to a new election or the runner up taking over.

Failure to step aside, the military has no option than to step in and defend the democratic institution.

The beautiful thing is that your president can not please anybody again.

It's really somehow how every hater of criminality became an Igbo man overnight.

Let’s view this without emotions and bias.
Unfortunately Tinubu will not be removed by the court because of Atiku’s findings in USA.
1) Tinubu has not been found guilty in any Nigerian court.
2) The appeal in front of the SC is not about criminal case but Election Matters.
3) Atiku is supposed to have initiate a forgery case against Tinubu long before the election and by now the case will be at either the Appeal Court or Supreme Court.
4) The Supreme Court is not the court of first instance.
This are my own personal views and understanding of the matter on ground.

You're absolutely correct.. Supreme court will throw out anything presented by Atiku outside the election matters heard at theTribunal.

Atiku has just severed ties with his good friend Asiwaju and a large percentage of Yorubas.. He has allowed the omo ales in Yorubaland mislead him.

What Atiku is doing is like the last kick of a dying horse.. PBAT should not dignify him with any response.
Only the Supreme Court judgement will do justice to the matter on ground.

The evidence is yet to be established in Nigerian Court.
1) A case of forgery must be established first at the high court.
And as it stands you can’t initiate a criminal case against a sitting President, VP, Governors and Deputy Governors because they enjoy immunity. Even if you file the case the judge will adjourn the case indefinitely until their tenure elapse.
Also for a case that has to do with election matters, the new electoral act states that it must be initiated by a party member who participated in the party primaries… Before now any citizen can initiate pre-election court cases.
Without bias or emotion nothing will change this issue on ground.

grin grin grin

Chest beating too much.

Did you ever see a document or oral evidence where CSU said Tinubu forged his certificate?
There is none. Where does forgery come from? Atiku and Co's interpretation of the deposition. They had all the documents before deposition they went silent cos there is nothing to see there.

Forgery is a criminal offence not a civil case. CSU does not agree with Atiku and Mr Kalu Kalu rather they maintained that Tinubu the current president of Nigeria attended and graduated from CSU.

Atiku is alleging that Tinubu forged his CSU certificate without evidence. Kalu Kalu in one breath said Tinubu used fake certificate to enter CSU because the result belongs to a female Bola Tinubu (the female who has never been found by the way) and in thesame breath claimed that Mr Tinubu is a black American because he now believes the Southwest college that states Female has a SSN that belongs to a man......CSU had already told Atiku in court that it was a clerical error and that they offered admission to Mr Tinubu

In the case of David lyon who was removed by supreme Court as a result of inconsistency in his deputy certificate ...he was never taken to court on account of that . The supreme court looked at the document and make there judgement .

I am.not a lawyer but got this bellow from a lawyer

A sitting president or governor does not enjoy immunity with respect to petitions challenging his/her election or eligibility to contest elections while public officers who enjoy immunity can be investigated and indicted by the police and anti-graft agencies. An independent counsel may also be appointed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) to conduct an inquiry into allegations of corruption involving public officers who are protected by the immunity clause.

No one can remove that man. All the supreme court would rely on his the disposition of CSU that the man indeed graduated. And that he was the same man that now occupies the seat of the president in Nigeria.

Is not going to be an easy ride

The David Lyon case was before the electoral act was amended.
The case started from the High Court and it was initiated by a PDP Member. You can search for more information concerning that case. It was a Pre-election case and it moved from high court to Appeal and the Supreme Court deliver judgment a day before he was sworn in. In this Atiku case it is different because the case in the Supreme Court is not a pre-election matter but a post election matter and the case didn’t start from a court but a tribunal.
Also be aware that if forgery has been established against Tinubu, the case can’t just appear at the Supreme Court without starting from the high court. This is the position of the constitution, the Supreme Court is not a court of first instance.

You are right. Even though CSU has cleared the fact that he graduated from their school and he is a male and has explained the the discrepancies around the re-issued certificate and his date of birth, we still need explanation concerning the Lagos Govt College.

Unfortunately that will not matter before the supreme court because he did not submit that result to INEC.

What I don't know is the possibility of someone taking up forgery case against him in the future... Ordinarily Richard Dale College that collected the Lagos Govt College result should be in the best position to establish a case of forgery against Tinubu if they are willing.

If he wins at the supreme court now (which I think he will) he will be under immunity even during the next election campaign and for as long as he doesn't present the Lagos Govt College result to INEC... It will be difficult to institute a case of forgery against him.

But Tinubu owes us an explanation over it, but even without his explanation and forgery case against him, his opponents will use it to campaign against him during the next election. But then the drug issue didn't stop him from winning the last election, i don't know if this will... Only time will tell.

Mugu.

Every person is fighting for their interest.

Even as foolish as you are, you already know that Tinubu will fail without the support of the Igbos. You go bet? We are never going to support the career criminal. Never. Unless its not the will of God, he is bound to fail.

And please, leave Igbos out your useless mouth. Atiku a Fulani man went to the USA and disgraced Tinubu as a hopeless certificate forger. Focus on Fulanis please.

No amount of emotional blackmail can make us like Tinubu. I personally have nothing against the Yorubas because they did nothing wrong to me.

But you see Tinubu, we will drag him till he collapses and capsizes in Aso Rock. I trust my people on this.

Buhari showed Igbo people banza. Where is the animal today? What happened to Nigeria today? Have Nigeria not capsized like the Igbos predicted?

The Ijaws and Ikweres you mentioned... Please take them and take them all. We don't need them.

But please, leave Igbo people alone. We are not one with you people and we can never be one. You sre Oduduwa and we are Igbos.

Please respect Igbos while we respect Oduduwa too. Gratias.

If the members of one whassApp group of professionals I belong to see this comment, they would think I own this Monika and was the one that posted this message. This was the exact same thing I told them yesterday. I said they can only find two fault concerning Tinubu as per Atiku's fishing expedition.

1. The Federal government college he filled in his form
2. His 1954 date of birth and the F on his South West College transcript.

However, just as you mentioned. He never presented anything from Government college to INEC. He lied but did not have anything to back up that particular lie. And this was a form he filled in the 1970s where becoming the president of Nigeria probably never crossed his mind. He just filled something there to fill the gap.

Concerning his date of birth, the CSU guy went at great length to defend Tinubu on that. Even then the F on his South West college transcript, the CSU guy said they admitted him as male, and even said his SSN was easily verifiable to confirm his sex. One would think Tinubu paid CSU lots of money for them to defend him so much.

If Atiku had focused on South West now Richard Daley, just maybe he would have found something to proof that he got into South West college fraudulently and maybe just maybe CSU and Richard Daley may now be compelled to cancel his results and degree but even at that, they would have "statute-barred" somewhere in the school policies that would let Tinubu walk Scot free.

Certificate is not forged. The only problem I see in all of those documents is where he put a false secondary school. Asiwaju clearly never finished secondary school but just wrote GCE from home but why he felt the need to claim a secondary school is beyond me. Maybe it was a compulsory field and he just decided to claim a school then.

My thoughts too, that he did that just to fill in the gap. He just wrote in a school that came to his head grin

I know I would have done something silly like that too in the past. Luckily I am not contesting for any political position.

Tinubu got 8million votes while the combined votes of atiku and obi was 14m us ... Even though there was so much electoral malpractices ranging from causing problems to disinfranchase some tribe cos of there political stand ...which is undemocratic...despite all that obi and atiku came up with 14m... Even if tinubu succeed in staying in power...he can only be a 4year tenure leader like trump . The disunity btw obi and atiku is responsible for the kind of leader wr have now . Apc merged to be able to defeat pdp. If only pdp merged ...tinubu would ve been history now judging from the outcome of the election. From the look of things ...the economic hardship in the country is even enough reason to reject apc and whatever they stand for . Many apc supporters are In pain and regretting .
