Both of my parents are descendants of slaves. There were no slaves from east african. and my head isn't shaped like thiat normally, just the angle . Here is my mother.

I should ask you what the hell's wrong with you by looking for your lineage through facial resemblance and not detailed DNA research.
Your allege great grandpa looked like Emperor Selassie of Ethiopia. Ethiopians have bald heads and reddish upper part of the head. And their descendants are now in Eritrea and Somali.
So bro, you be either Somali or Eritrean pikin!

Your great grandpa looks absolutely Nigerian. There are many similar facial looks I think I have seen.. though they are not biologically connected. The other pictures, I am still studying the facial looks

Are you the same one that claimed my grandfather was east african by looks alone, ye hypocrite?
Re: Deleted by Ruke1989: 8:20am On Nov 15, 2023
Most black Americans natives are of west African descent. Benin, Sierra Leone were the final exit ports from where many Nigerian slaves left west Africa shores.
Intermarriages would have changed a lot of things. But originally, there are just a few bodily features differentiating east and west Africans.

Thank you. This is good to know

The north America had slaves mostly from eastern Nigeria. Predominantly igbo tribe. TD Jakes from USA - His DNA was traced to igbo tribe of the eastern Nigeria. And to be candid, that photo of your great grandpa bear some facial features that look similar to igbo tribes. However, only a DNA can fully confirm

The south America had slaves mostly from west Africa.. predominantly Yoruba tribe. That's why Brazil has Yoruba speaking communities

Given that there has been intermarriages with other blacks likely from other countries too. But definitely, west Africa is the origin from where most North America blacks emanate.

The people of north Africa & across the Sahara were sent to Saudi Arabia as slaves and to the Muslim othoman empire long before European slave trade started. Unfortunately, those people were merciless, castrated and killed most of the slaves.
