Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate

Remuneration: N200,000 with sales commission

Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in revenue to the company through sales of properties.


Responsibilities

Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients

· Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.

· Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms

· Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties.

· At least 1 sale a month across ALL Powerview’s & 3rd Party sales & listings properties

· Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly

· Weekly conduct market research to identify new opportunities

· Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates

· Assist with organizing promotional events to boost sales

· Keep organized records and proper documentation of all marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

· Prepare regular sales forecasting reports

· Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

· Ensure monthly sales revenue increases by 100%

· Ensure at least 1 sale a month across ALL the Company’s properties.

Requirements



Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate with a BSc in Marketing or similar field or from any discipline

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
Experience with MS Office Packages
