The Al-Aqsa Flood Operation is presented in this episode of Samri Channel.
The beginning of the end of the humanitarian truce between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas). Today, the Gaza Strip witnessed violent bombardment by Israeli warplanes. Israel resumed bombing various areas of the Gaza Strip, north and south, shortly after its army announced that it would resume fighting against Hamas after the seventh day of the truce between the two parties in the Gaza Strip, today, Friday. Our correspondent reported that 9 rocket salvoes were launched from Gaza towards the surrounding settlements since this morning, while sirens were sounded in southern Israel, amid reports of a rocket landing in Ashkelon. Israeli Army Radio said that warplanes were launching raids throughout Gaza, stressing that its planes were currently bombing Hamas targets in Gaza.

Dozens of people were killed and wounded as a result of the Israeli raids on Gaza today. CNN reported, citing informed sources, that the extension would be announced “as soon as Hamas receives the following list of names of prisoners who will be released.” The sources expressed their optimism about extending the truce, but said that "nothing is certain until the list is delivered." For its part, Haaretz newspaper reported that there is a dispute between Israel and Hamas over the list of hostages who will be released to extend the current truce, noting that Israel insists that the list of detainees to be released include women and children, according to what was initially agreed upon. Meanwhile, Israeli Channel 12 reported that the Israeli War Council is not satisfied with the list of detainees sent by Hamas, and they believe that it “does not meet Israeli standards.”

In the same context, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to resume the war in Gaza until three goals were achieved, after his meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. “I just concluded a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, shortly after Hamas killers killed people here in Jerusalem,” Netanyahu said. He added: "I told him that it is Hamas itself. It is the same Hamas that committed the terrible massacre on October 7, and the same Hamas that is trying to kill us everywhere." The Israeli Prime Minister continued: “I told him: We swore, we swore to eliminate Hamas. Nothing will stop us,” according to Ofir Gendelman, Netanyahu’s spokesman. The Israeli Prime Minister affirmed: “We will continue this war until we achieve three goals: liberating all hostages, completely eliminating Hamas, and ensuring that no threat like this emerges from Gaza again.”

At the same time, a US State Department statement said that Blinken "reaffirmed US support for Israel's right to protect itself from terrorist violence in compliance with international humanitarian law, and urged Israel to take all possible measures to avoid harm to civilians."
The statement added: “Secretary Blinken and Prime Minister Netanyahu discussed efforts to secure the release of all remaining hostages. They also spoke about the need to accelerate the delivery of vital, life-saving humanitarian aid to Gaza.” Blinken stressed "the need to take into account the humanitarian and civil protection needs in southern Gaza before any military operations there, and urged immediate steps to be taken to hold settler extremists accountable for acts of violence against Palestinians in the West Bank."

In another context, the Israeli newspaper "Israel Hayom" revealed a new plan being prepared by the US Congress linking the provision of large financial aid to a number of Arab countries, led by Egypt, in exchange for accepting refugees from Gaza. The Hebrew newspaper added that the plan, whose authors are trying to keep it out of media circulation, was presented to senior members of the House of Representatives and the Senate from the Democratic and Republican parties. The Israeli newspaper explained that the plan is being promoted by US Representative Joey Wilson. The American plan indicates that "Israel seeks to avoid harming civilians, but Hamas does not allow refugees to leave, and Egypt does not agree to open its borders." According to the American plan being prepared, “the only moral solution is to ensure that Egypt opens its borders and allows refugees to enter.”

The plan proposes that $1 billion in foreign aid be allocated to refugees from Gaza who will be allowed to enter Egypt. According to the plan, Egypt should not be the only country that must receive refugees, but rather Iraq and Yemen will be included in the plan in exchange for about a billion dollars in American foreign aid, and Turkey will receive more than 150 million dollars.

Finally, documents, emails and interviews show that Israeli officials obtained Hamas' combat plan for the October 7 attack more than a year before it occurred, but Israeli military and intelligence officials considered it "extremely difficult" for the movement to implement it. The document consists of approximately 40 pages.
