Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day farm operations, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
Develop and implement operational plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Crop Management:
Coordinate crop planting schedules, taking into account soil conditions, weather patterns, and market demands.
Implement pest and disease management strategies, utilizing integrated pest management techniques and sustainable agricultural practices.
Monitor crop health and growth, making adjustments to cultivation practices as necessary to ensure optimal yields and quality.
Personnel Management:
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and track expenses and revenues to ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
