Good evening all,
I have just been posted to River State -
Igwurunta axis .

I am hoping to get the following Information/assistance.

1) Cost of Renting an average virgin 2 bedroom apartment in a safe and secure area with constant light not more than 20-30 mins drive to/fro Igwuruta (Emarid College ).

2) Cost of getting a good private school for my kids (Nursery, Primary and Secondary

For Igwuruta, budget 800k to 1M per annum for a virgin 2 bed in a decent area.

Primary school is 120k to 150k per term. Emarid College is a good secondary school but I don't know how much they charge or what's obtainable in other comparable schools.

However, if driving 30 mins to and from Emarid college is not an issue for you like you said then you should consider Rumuibekwe Estate. Light is constant (Average of 20-22 hours daily) 2 BD is 1.5M to 2M.

Primary is 150k to 200k per term while secondary is between 300k to 500k. It's a very sweet neighbourhood.
