197,100 was pulled from my account on December 19 of last year. The transaction was not done by me. StanbicIBTC told me to initiate a charge back process with a merchant that does not exist. After further pressure the told me they had engaged the merchant and requested for evidence. Evidence sent to me by StanbicIBTC has on it Customer name as anonymous with email address that wasn't mine. In closing their mail they empathised and wished me best of luck. Right there at their Total Garden Branch in Ibadan an elderly woman cried to the bank because her account was debited with 50k, a transaction she did not know about and there was no solution given. Should we continue like this?

The banks are now a cesspit of cyber crimes and grand cover ups.

No bank is spared from this financial malady.

They are quick to blame the customers for breeches to their funds.
