STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have responsibility to take initiatives to generate leads and engage with strategic business partners to gain new businesses for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies aimed at winning new businesses for the company
• Identify and develop business relationship with new and existing clients within the healthcare industry (hospitals, HMOs, industrial clinics etc.)
• Prepare business proposals, arrange meetings and make presentations to prospective clients and handle the onboarding process for the new clients
• Grow and expand the company’s business development initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve business performance
• Maintain cordial business relationship with existing clients by promptly responding to their enquiries and complaints
• Deliver on monthly/yearly sales targets
• Collect and analyze data to present monthly sales reports

Requirements
Candidates must possess the following:
• BSc. / HND Marketing or any of the Social or Management Sciences
• A Master’s Degree in relevant discipline(s) will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years post qualification cognate experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or HMO.

Location: Lagos Mainland

Salary: 150k-200k plus performance incentives and other benefits
