The whole thing is very clear, disregard whatever info u saw on ui website b4 today about submission of clearance form this week and follow the new instruction, that is to tell u that the new info supercede the old one, get all that is needed and make ur self available for clearance as from nov 21 till dec 5.
If u v got a question, ask and be clear and i believe some one will v an answer for u.

I don't know if its been shifted o, its what I got from the admissions office i'm giving to you guys but you can go yourself to confirm. They told my mum they'll give us the 003 form then we'll make photocopy and return it. For the required stuffs to bring, I suggest you add stuff from their site too like the reference letter.

You can fill and print it anywhere. Its nov 28 that's pasted in ui for freshers but let them officially announce it sha

Here's what I saw on the admissions office board:

1) original form 003
2) letter of personal (undertaking form)
3)4 copies of acceptance form
4)4 copies of jamb result
5) 4 copies of birth certificate
6) 4 copies of o' level result
7) 2 copies of invitation letter
2 copies of 2000 and 7500 teller
9) 4 copies of utme admission letter
10) Ten passport with file and tag. They would prefer ui's file which can be bought at ui's bookshop for 20box

I also went 2 submit my acceptance form yesterday,but it wasn't collected 4rm me,I was asked 2 come back next week with all other documents 4 clearance.Concernin d jamb form 003,I was told it would be uploaded b4 dis wk runs out.

in addition to wat telz posted,make sure you print your admission letter too,and bring 2 reference letters too, yeah,since clearance starts next week,you're to bring everything next week

@sevthins,Just make sure u pay d money to any first bank closest 2 u dis wk,fill nd print d form,then keep d form till next wk when u'll have 2 come 2 Ibadan.

I think it is obvious now that we dont need to waste our time to ui this week.and its obvious that there was nothing like invitation letter for those that did 2nd pume and the admission leta and jamb form b003 is left to ui to upload.

My dad just asked me what I knew about agricultural and environmental engineering and I was just staring at him how many of you know what your course entails?

@Telz,What I know about agric engineern is that they design machines used in processing agricultural produce(cassava,maize,e.t.c), tractor operation nd design or design of alternatives 2 crude methods of processn.They can work in agricultural institutes.e.gInternational Institute of Tropical Agriculture,plantations.Dat's all I know

Are you also in agric engineering? Mechanical engineers can do that. Agric engineering borrows some stuffs from electrical, mechanical and civil.
