He did not just 'build the Autonov 1'. He was a brilliant Mechanical Engineer, a great teacher and scholar and a principled and highly revered gentleman whose works achieved great respect in local and international circles.
I know you're trying to defend his legacy, but your statement doesn't even capture a tenth of what the Prof was about.

Certainly he achieved more than anyone else posting here has ever done.
