I am looking at between 110K naira to 130K naira a year

helo, @ poster u wil surely get the apartment u requested for, only dat u will nid to contining increasing ur budget cos getting a gud apartment in a save area isn,t and at least u nid to consider some necessary tins in the apartment like water, road to the area, structure of the building, distance etc.
I mysef has been luking for an apartment nw for the past 2 months, most of the ones i ve been to are jus too small or big and too expensive. So that take ur time i wil let ur knw wen any of my agents get for me cos i registered with four agents around yaba and surulere axis.

My advice is get a good real Estate Agent around your prefeered locations, let him do the searching for you while you at rest. Why would a landlord collect agency fees. Nigerians are not fools, you know. You are living in a fool's paradise if you think that agents controle the rental and property market in Nigeria. You guys only get the people who are at their wits end. Those who urgently need to move. Anybody who is just trying to relocate has all the time in the world to get a good flat direct from the Landlord at a much reduced rate.
