Job Title: Head/Senior Business Development Manager (Abuja & Northern Region) Salary: Very competitive, comes with an official car and attractive commissions Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job Summary: Our client, a leading building finishing company with affiliations to leading Italian brands and its own modern facility in Lagos, Nigeria seeks to immediately engage a professional and experienced individual with exposure to high net worth clientele in Abuja and Northern part of Nigeria, to Head the team in Abuja and other Northern Parts of Nigeria. Responsibilities: • Lead business development efforts in a dynamic industry. • Drive growth and manage key relationships in the Northern Region. • Oversee and motivate a vibrant team at the Abuja office. Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in any aspect of the building industry e.g construction, elevator sales, interior design company etc. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. • Proficiency in ICT skills. Job role: Business Development Officer Industry: Marketing/Branding Company Location: Lagos allen Job Summary: The Business Development Officer is responsible for the co-ordination and integration of the Group’s business development functions. Job responsibilities: • Co-ordinate all business development initiatives for the group. • Accountable for business development across the group, on weekly basis. • Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes. • Create sales and marketing strategies to generate new clients. • Prospect and win new accounts for the Group. • Seek opportunities for subsidiaries in each subsidiary’s business. • Attend Business Development meetings of all subsidiaries. • Give advisory support to all business units in the group. • Coordinates the networking of the Group and business units with prospects, operators and regulators. • Prepare weekly report on business development and marketing activities. • Consult with clients on the Group’s strategic products and services that are suitable for their needs. • Track revenue generation in order to facilitate the achievement of the Group’s budget. • Monitor decisions on business development and measure their impact. • Build a strong and long term relationship with clients. • Establish a network of referrals. • Examine business patterns, evaluate the fiscal statements, and assess potential competitors for clients’ businesses.
