We are in search for an experienced in-house Rehab Therapist

Job description
- Conduct a physical assessment of patients
- Create a personalized treatment plan
- Teach clients how to do exercises and stretches
- Help clients regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
- Offer advice on injury prevention and healthy living
- Working with the doctors and physical therapists to coordinate care.
