I just wanted to confirm something about GTB bank accounts, I have a savings and a current account, however it looks like I can only transfer between the 2 accounts only and cannot transfer to any other account. Is there anything else that I need to do.

From a savings acct, you can transfer to other GTB savings or current accounts.

From a current acct, you can xfer to any GTB acct, as well as other banks.

1. You might need to enable it under Personal Service.

2. You need a hardware token, or create preregistered accts you can send to.
Contact the nearest GTBank for either.

I do have a token, where is the personal service section within the webpage, looks to be hidden as I cannot see it. Can you direct me please.

When you login, theres a menu on ur left.

Under TRANSFERS, you will find Transfer to Any GTBank acct.

Under SELF SERVICE, you will find Add Service(s).

the same way you achieved the boldened part is the same way you transfer to 3rd party accounts.

Unless both accts r linked and u access them both on the same login.

You can do Virtually anyfin with your current account,, By the way, Y didn't you just call your account officer?

YOU NEED TO GO TO ANY BRANCH, PICK UP THE TOKEN FORM, COMPLETE IT, THEN THEY WILL ACTIVATE YOUR INTER-BANK TRANSFERS capabilities, etc.

While you are there ask ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. They have have the obligation to give all the necessary answers and guides.

With savings account and your token, you can transfer only to other GTB accounts,

To transfer to other banks, your account must be current and you should also have a token.

Go to your branch of GTB and talk to the Customer care dept.

pple please i went 2 bank 2 request for internet banking and i was given the token and one other pin when i got to the cafe i got a mail that gave me my user name and passcode and i type it in the log in box but it was telling me invalid user name or password please what am i to do, please someone help me
