what came over these phcn guys that they threw the whole nation into total darkness? I hear it's fear of proposed privatization. A report says it's cos of intimidating presence of military men. This stupid action amounts to treason. At a time when nigeria has security challenges, what better time for the enemy to strike? Could they have tried it with abacha?
