This really might sound annoying and offensive for some people but be that as it may l would gladly repeat myself angain and again; this world, does not have room for small people. Yes! Jesus made a very profound statement in
Luke 10: 2 "Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly[ is] great, but the labourers[ are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest"
We are in the days of "the greater" harvest where we are surrounded with a multiplicity of tools to tell the told and deliver them into their inheritance in the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. But to that successfully, those of us who are previlleged by the mercies of God through the Spirit to custodians of the this gospel message can not appreciate or accommodate smallness. For this present world to listen to what we have to say then we must become big enough that they can't but attend to our voice.
It is only a church that gets pushed here and there; it is only a small christians that gets pushed here and there, but the time has come when the church of God is rising up with the gospel and her voice is amplified by the working of the Holy Spirit and the world in compelled to give ears to her speech.
Finally, if we must do all that God has called us to do then to be small is not in view it is either you are big you are big

God is in the business of making men great.
