The solution I will proffer may sound too simple to be real, but I will state it anyway.

Get yourself real native black soap(that’s what I have been bating with for over 2years now)
It’s unbelievable how effective it is.

Bathe twice a day applying it generously in your sponge, squeeze it in your sponge until it foams very well, and use it to scrub your body very well twice daily, morning and night preferably.
This black soap is not expensive at all. Cost just 1200 per rap that should last you for 20days.

The thing with fungal infections is you need discipline and time. It won't go immediately but you have to persist with the treatment.

Your story sounds like you are sufferings from a form of Dermatitis. You need to see a skin specialist, a dermatologist. These specialist are very scarce in Nigeria.
It is not an infection. Your skin may be reacting to many things like sweat, weather, cotton clothes etc. Creams for fungal and bacteria infection may not help much. There is no skin test called endoscopy ( google it). Don't fall into the hands of quacks ooooooooo

Pls if u love groundnut stop. If u eat much of egusi soup stop..that food u addicted to..stop it.
I had something like this..used several cream..it dissappear for some month and return full force. I had to stop groundnut.
