Neutrogena body clear body wash, it has 2 percent salicylic acid that will exfoliate the scales out and clean your pores, use daily
Amalactin lotion 12 percent lactic acid for deeper exfoliation and effectiveness incase it is the action of a fungal infection

Someone here also mention nizoral, excellent brand, but will only work if it's fungal infection
Seems you've done enough anti biotics and it looks more on the fungal side because i see scales

You can add nizoral, it's a shampoo but you'll use it as a body wash, don't leave it on your body more than 3 minutes or it will burn, there are some off brand combined with salicylic acid. But Nizoral is a known brand so get that since it's already this level

Try these 3 things, you can go wrong

My advice to you is you should go do Blood Culture test. Had a similar experience few years ago and after doing the blood test and spending so much prior to doing the test, there pinpointed the cause of my skin infection and it was cured with #600 Naira drugs.

Should have done the test earlier. Do not go for self medication it will not solve the problem.

Go to a good pharmacy get Nizoral tablet and the cream. It's a fungi infection

My dear, I had similar issues like this. I have used much Creams and taken Tablets. I have used native medicine and got no lasting solution until I decided to be my own doctor and healed myself.

It's was simple, I was allergic to a compound called Sodium Laureth Sulfate. If its same with yours (which i believe), you can go ahead and use all the cream or medicine you want, they can only give you a temporal relief.

I'm not sure what triggers the body to react to that compound but I think it's excess omega 6 you get from vegetable oil... you body just don't like omega 6 in excess.

Solution is
1. Get Omega 3 fatty acid and take for 1 month. Just 3 days will stop the itching
2. Find soap that doesn't contain SLs - Sodium Laureth Sulfate, and the trick is that you use it to bath and wash all your clothes including bedspreads. If you occasionally lie on the floor, then for now use Morning Fresh liquid dishwasher to clean your floor. Look for Johnson beauty soap (the pink colour
one) or Johnson baby soap or Dove 0% Sulphate

I experienced something like this during my university days. Sleeping and walking in the sun became difficult because of the itching due to heat. I tried different cream(skineal, funbact A, ytacan, even brake oil, herbs etc) and different hospitals until I was referred to UCH but I left ibadan then so I was referred to FMC Abk to see a specialist (dermatologist). Test were carried out - Blood test and skin test(using a razor to scrape samples of the affected area), and it was observed that's mine due to allergic reaction.


I already used many cream and this skin reaction keep coming back. The specialist then advised I take note of my environmental and what I do that usually trigger this. I noticed pollen grain, farm/bushy area, dirt, some type of clothes and rain water are the known triggers for me, No wonder the skin irritation was much when I used herbs(Agbo).

Anti histamine, prednisolone, hydrocortisone cream were prescribed. I avoided those known trigger and I'm clean till date.

In summary, see a specialist, go for skin and blood test, consider your environment to get the trigger. Yours too may be just an allergic reaction. The total amount I spent after knowing the trigger and after the test was not up to 2k then but with the price of drugs now, I'm sure it would be more. Do no do trial and error.

absolutely correct 💯, I went through the same thing that was exactly like yours for years and the symptoms were exactly the same as described by the OP, however the root causes of the lesions breakouts is what the OP should tackle and not the creams he uses after the breakouts, take this from me OP its clearly the cause of an allergy and its mostly what you ingest like certain foods, mine was caffeine related like coffee, Lipton, cola and coca cola, shockingly after i used so many drugs and it didn't subside it was one elderly agbo woman that cured it for me and told me the foods to avoid, especially those elderly yoruba women, seek them out please

You have fungi all over you skin. You can make use of this cream. It's cost between #800 to #1000 depending on your area. Apply on the night after bath and in the morning. By God's grace you will see changes.

Please kindly go for a thorough lab test so they can know exactly the cause of the infection. I had one for yrs, then one i decided to go for a test, which they did and they gave me the right drugs and cream, in less than 1month, everything was gone till date.

Try and get ACICLOVIR 400MG VIRAL TABLET AND ACICLOVIR VIRAL CREAM B.P. 5%. 5g.
I had similar issue couple of months ago, after using the VIRAL medication regularly for two weeks, all the infection disappeared.

You sleep in an old chair or foam always. That is the cause of your predicament. You can rub creams for all I care, but if you don't change that old foam or sofa, it will still resurface

Miss it with small hot water, but do it in a way that it will still be conc. If u have a drum u can put it there and submerge yourself for sometime. U will be feeling the burnt but you should endure it for like 10minutes. If u do it for a minimum of a week there must be changes

Use the slimy liquid from the alo vera and rub it on the affected areas leave it for about and hour morning and night before you take your bath.
