Get the prescribed creams for external and get local herbs to kill it from the inside it will work for you by God's grace

Try taking your bath with h bitter leaves, use it as sponge and let it foam on your body. Let the foam and water sit in your phone for about 15-30 mins. Then wash off with warm water.

Get coconut oil, soak aloe Vera gel, grounded sulphur( imi ojo), and grounded cloves inside the coconut oil. Let all the ingredients sit in the oil for like 3 days, strain out the oil, keep it in a bottle/container. The be using it to rub your body.
Please, be consistent with this.
And if possible, always squeez out bitter leaf water to drink. It brings about skin glow and radiance from within.

Kindly desist from using any strong soap including antiseptics. Switch to using toilet soaps and coconut oil or better still, look for a locally refined kernel nuts oil (black).

Use shear butter or coconut oil to cream and always bath with hot water for 3 months... Thank me later

I had this same problem some time ago too or maybe something similar but it looks the same and with similar symptoms, When you sweat it has a certain odour too.

Bathe with Delta soap, and stop using cream or any kind of skin care product, stay dry too, it will go away.

Just use hydraulic or skin cream like Authentic

This looks fungal. You have to treat both the surface and internally. Also whatever medication and cream you take must be taken for at least 2 months straight or else don't even bother, you are just building disease resistance to medication.

just bath regularly and use nice moisturizing cream. i have same skin reaction as you but a bathing routine that consist early morning bath regardless of whether you are going out or not, a bath after you back from outing and another before bed should clear whatever you have going on with you.

It's caused by change of weather.

Get this herbal leaf called ejirin by the yoruba ,get prekese,clove and lime boil them all together. Take it from morning afternoon and before bed time in the night . Till you see changes u can stop. It's very effective and get SKIGUD cream to rub the outside
