• Coordinating training programmes
• Managing the learning management system
• Providing elearning report
• Managing digital learning platforms
• Developing training programmes
• Vendor Management
• Training Logistics Management

3. Job Summary (Learning and Development Officer)
• Coordinate bi-weekly staff training programs based on organizational and employee needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using questionnaires, observation, etc., to plan future courses or to amend existing ones to ensure the realization of training objectives.
• Co-ordinate daily kick-start sessions with videos across brands
Qualifications and Competences
1. HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years experience
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
