I agree that there are additional points like the ones you tried to address but as someone that invests in many personal farm projects I know that the issue goes way beyond "people don't farm anymore" as I still deal with farmers farming everyday despite all the challenges. In addition, in business I witness and live through the unbelievable greed of our people every blessed day. Also, APC is not the issue. Nobody was born APC. APC is just a group of Nigerians from within the Nigerian system and formed by players from all major political parties in Nigeria so let's stop muddling up these conversations by overreaching. It causes more distractions. We have states that have been receiving huge government allocations every year for the past 25 years with nothing tangible to show, and they are not APC governed states.

This is a very good thinking.. These are what should come before the removal of subsidy and the exchange rate floating or immediately after not after a whole year.. Tinubu need to wake up and realize that governance is not easy for any leader and leaders should be proactive not reactive.. Govt lacked the forex supply or inflow to match demand for forex and when forex is artificially cheaper than it should be, demand is bound to be higher. It had to go. Another effect was a falls sense of economic growth and size it created. Dividing by N800 to a dollar made us the largest in africa but in reality we should be dividing by around N1500 to a dollar which has pushed us to 4th largest. It also pushed out rich men off the rich list to their actual positions.
