Are there side effects of consuming 10 eggs a day?
I watched a video where the creator consumed 10 and I'm wondering if it doesn't lead to constipation

Shebi na food, nothing bad there u go just dey fresh dey go.
I remember when i used to be depressed na food cure am, i used to eat 2 derica of rice and beans a day.
i would cook 1 derica in the morning, one in the evening and eat until my stomach hurts i would then stop and then continue later untill it has finished.
Evening too the same thing i will eat untill my stomach hurts for like 3 days non-stop omo I gained so much fat on my arms, stomach and thighs also.

Not really except....Ur fart go really really smell, Also it quickly becomes less attractive & delicious once u consume that much alone for 3-4 days straight.

Aside from that, ain't much health implications as far am concerned

Eating minimum of 10eggs per day continue like that for 2-3months will lead to HBP, serious weight gain & Heath disease, high cholesterol and many other health complicated diseases.
