We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in supporting our HR team to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment. **Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials. - Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. - Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll data. - Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures. - Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and provide support where necessary. - Assist in organizing company events and training sessions. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Familiarity with payroll processes and labor legislation.
