Rate: 150k - 180k


REQUIRED

A university graduate of Business Management or Human Resource Management (3) years relevant work experience in Human Resource Management and a good understanding of performance Management, recruitment & staff onboarding, HR policy implementation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Support with Recruitment of personnel from sourcing, shortlisting to onboarding
Support with the staff communication and documentation. Act as a support staff to employees, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Manage employee relations and payroll management Enforce staff discipline following HR policy manual.
