So I want to change my phone to a higher brand. I have contacted some vendor offering me same price for used Samsung 23 and the brand new. Remember the used is just the phone alone and the brand new come with charger, pen and earpiece.
My question is why are the thesame price. I use to think the UK used should be cheaper.
