Burna Boy announced that the festival will take place from December 21 to December 25. In a mix of English and Pidgin, he invited fans and fellow artists to join him for the five-day event. “We are pushing the Burna Boy festival from the 21st to the 25th of December in Port Harcourt, Nigeria,” he said. “We are having the world come. If you are an artist and know I have never spoken to you, you are performing at my first-ever concert in Port Harcourt. Just let me know which date is free for you between the 21st and 25th of December. Don’t worry, we will sort it out. This is just me and my people. No government, no nothing.
