Another cardinal objective of the NGO our correspondent reports, is to proffer solutions on guidance and counselling in accordance with the rules and policies governing the operations and administration of Seafarers. More so, is to provide a workable framework to alleviate their sufferings and empower them with gainful employment. This information was made known by the President and Chairman of the Organization, Comrade Douglas Eromobor at a maiden meeting with its Board of Directors held in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital weekend.
