Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing paid search strategies to maximize ROI. As a Google Ads Expert at Softhill, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving targeted traffic to our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage effective Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with our brand messaging.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
- Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and SEM as the case may be.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize spend efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful Google Ads management with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads Editor and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
