I normally do not post topics on nairaland, but then, I decided to give it a trial. Well am in need of an apartment. I work on the island and would really appreciate if i can get in these areas: Surulere, Along the costain-ikorodu express (not beyong maryland though),yaba ( preferably along the herbert maculay stretch ) or dolphin estate. Now here is the catch, my budget is between 300,000 and 350,000 naira ( a two bedroom or 3bedroom with two bathrooms and toilet).I actually got a 3bedroom flat at onipanu ( along the coastain-ikorodu stretch) at 300,000 naira per annum, but then the landlord insisted that he did not want an igbo tenant ( well, i cant really blame him, i guess he is acting based on past experience.). Well, i no that most people would say that my budget would get me no apartment, but then, this is what i can afford for now, till i get a better job.I know this is possible, its only a matter of information. I also wont mind a place along lekki-chevron express.I would really appreciate if anyone can help out here. Thanks

There is a 2 bedroom in sangotedo area of ajah (opposite farapark) for 350k (1yr) and it has 2 baths and 3 toilets. Both rooms ensuite. Call me. 07042088986
