Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
