GosMoney, I am responding to you in the hope that you read inibehe's point transparently without some of the emotions and sentiments being bandied here.
I think His point really is that Toyin should simply charge the case to a competent court of juris rather than the traditional arrest and impunity by the NPF who could keep people in cell illegally and without trial . Worst case is if the individual does not have a sound lawyer he can even die in cell or the police simply exchange him with a criminal on a different offence and he could see as much as decades in prison for crimes he didnt commit and Toyin would have gladly moved on, not knowing what had happened from when she got him arrested...
Toyin should actually see this as free legal advice from a man who has seen alot of police brutality, illegalities , conspiracies and corruption .
