Scope:

Supervising daily farm operations, including cattle rearing and soybeans.
Planning and coordinating planting and harvesting schedules.
Managing farm budgets and expenses.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure.
Monitoring crop health and implementing pest and disease control measures.
Conducting market research and strategizing crop sales.
Collaborating with agricultural experts and government agencies.
Developing and implementing sustainable farming practices.


Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Animal husbandry, Agric science, or related field.
Proven experience in farm management or relevant agricultural roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and agricultural best practices.
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance.
Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in agriculture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and agricultural trends.

Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience in Cattle rearing and soybeans is an added advantage. Candidates will be on projects within Badagry.
